Scottdale Dollar General robbed on Christmas Eve
Scottdale Police released these images of a man who allegedly robbed a Dollar General store on Pittsburgh Street in the borough on Monday, Dec. 24, 2018. The man, who brandished a handgun, fled on foot.
Scottdale police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a Dollar General store on Pittsburgh Street Monday night.
According to Westmoreland County 911, the robbery was reported shortly after 7:30 p.m. at the store in the 400 block of Pittsburgh Street. No injuries were reported.
The robber, described as a white male, brandished a handgun and fled on foot, according to Scottdale police.
Police asked anyone with information to call 911.
